Registration process of SHGB Mobile banking (SHGB mBanking) :

Step 1 - Visit the nearest PNB ATM.

Step 2 - Insert your Debit Card into the ATM Machine.

Step 3 - Select the 'Generate PIN' option on the home screen. (don’t click on ‘Change PIN’ option).

Step 4 - Choose the 'OTP Generation' option. After selecting this option, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 5 - Re-insert your Debit Card into the ATM Machine.

Step 6 - Once again, click on the 'Generate PIN' option on the home screen.

Step 7 - Select the 'OTP Validation' option.

Step 8 - Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Step 9 - Now, enter your new PIN as per choice.

1 ) Call 18001807777 to get card hotlisted.

2) Send SMS ‘HOTDebit Card Number’ to 8750711119 to get card hotlisted.

3) Login to SHGB mbanking app>Debit Card>Hotlist Debit Card>Select account number>Select debit card number>Authorize with transaction password.

4) Visit any SHGB branch & submit your request to hotlist debit card.
